Articleship Termination & Traansfer for Industrial Training

In my firm I didn't get opportunity and the work culture is also negative and my principal is also not allowing me for transfer as in new course 2 years of articleship and i completed 1 year can i terminate my articleship on family grounds and join industrial training and another question if i terminate my articlehip on industrial training what are the supporting documents i have to attach
