I'm in my first year of articleship and i've to travel for an internal audit everyday.
My question here is - The place of audit is 2 hr , 30 mins from the office of my CA.... so daily i start from my house at 7.30 a.m... reach office at 8 a.m.. then reach client's place at 10.30 a.m...
work in client's place from 10.30 to 5... then reach my ca office at 7.30 pm and reach home finally at 8 pm...
so office to office reporting is 8 am to 7.30 pm.... which includes 11 hr 30 mins,....
can i claim this 4 hr 30 mins as credit for excess hours worked or not ( 11 hr 30 - 7 hrs )...
