Apply for company name similar to dormant company name

One of my client want to form a company with a Name which is similar to a company name which is Dormant as per MCA records as its last AGM was held on 01/05/1970 and nothing happen after that.
Pls guide can we have to mention that company name also in form 1 for name approval

Chances of getting the name is remote since name exists in MCA records ,though status shows 'dormant'.
