If a person get a contract from a Govt. Authority for Collection of Toll at Highway with a fixed libaility, Say Rs. 10 lacs per month to Govt. Auth.
My queries is as under
1. is srvice tax applicable on the Contract.
2. If applicable on what amount Service tax payable. If in one month actual collection is Rs. 8.00 lacs he has to pay govt. Rs. 10 lacs or collection is Rs. 12 lacs than also he has to pay Rs. 10.00 lacs.
3. if ST applicable under which accounting head service tax to be paid.
