11 July 2022 Can assessee file appeal against rectified order u/s 154 ?? Or appeal can file only against 143(1) intimation & not rectified order us 154 ??

11 July 2022 Yes, as per sec. 246A(1) of IT act, appeal can be filed to Commissioner (Appeals) against such order.
