16 February 2018 1. Down load form SPICe AOA (INC 34) from www.mca.gov.in

2. Choose F , H or G, as the case may be ,from the drop down menu against column 'table' which can be seen on top left hand corner.

3. Edit the form to add / delete clauses, if you wish so.
