02 April 2010 Please someone help me in regard of filling Annua Return with ROC. my doubt is can we file the Annual Return of any company for a particular year after passage of 4 or 5 years. that is the last day upto whihc return can be filled and the charges involved therein?

02 April 2010 Yes you can file your previous year annual return with late fee.

But you have to pay additional fee to ROC for late filing.

02 April 2010 Please check company's master data. If the status shows 'active' the company can file the pending returns. Apart from the normal fees, for the delayed returns additional fee as per section 611(2) has to be paid.
