31 January 2019 I am doing an agricultural activity & earning income . The land is in my grandfather's name. Can I show it as agricultural income in my return. Is it necessary to have the land in Assesse's name.

31 January 2019 Yes, you can show as agricultural income, because nexus should be between
income and land only, but not to the ownership of land.
