Is Service Tax is applicable on outdoor advertisement(painting on vehicles) or not please specify the notification no by service tax department or CBDT

Services provided by advertisement other than by way Radio or Television are exempt from payment of service tax as per notification 25/2012 dated 20th June, 2012.
Therefore, Services provided by painting on vehicle would be exempt from payment of Service Tax
