Advance tax instead of tds on salary

09 March 2018 Anyone can me suggest-

I want to pay tax trough advance tax instead of TDS by employers because of my employer are not depositing or filling TDS return.

Please provide me answer regarding my query with formet to intimate my employer for non deduction of tds wich is already paid by me.

10 March 2018 No way.... TDS and Advance tax is different.. Your employer is liable to deduct TDS for the salary they can do it if you are paid AT or not... bcoz, it's their duty...

10 March 2018 My employer is bared my salary of Feb and march month due to no filling of declaration form 12BB He says me contact CA and pay tax than salary can be continued. I m gove. Employment all of employees same problem.

10 March 2018 Yes you can do that and provide CA certificate that tax has been paid so no TDS can be deducted.

10 March 2018 No you cannot pay advance tax substitute for Salary tds, it is employer responsibly to deduct TDS on taxable salary. If employer fails or not deduct TDS on Salary than you can pay. If TDS is deducted by employer than it is his responsibility to pay TDS.
