How are the entries passed while buying an option and selling the same. Whether only the option premium has to be taken as the sale value or the option strike rice plus the premium. Also what differece will it make when the option is bought and sold on the same dat i.e. intraday. further if the option is excercised, what entries need to be passed. All above transactions only involve buying and not writing the options.
