Please explain about TDS. how it is differ from normal TAX. How we can calculate & pay TDS.

Whenever you make any payment to others you have to check the applicability TDS, if applicable deduct at appropriate rate and remit monthly on or before 7th and file quarterly TDS return and issue TDS certificate.
TDS is other's tax you deduct and pay whereas normal tax is your tax.
