11 July 2024 I have huf account. My husband is karta then me and my son. My huf deed was missing. What is the procedure for this?? And now we have one baby boy what is the procedure for add his name?

11 July 2024 You can make new amended deed where in specify the PAN no. of HUF with date of its formation (original). Add the new coparcener to it.
