The company has given equipment(for preparing laddus) as donation to Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam, is that donation is eligible for deduction U/s 80 G? Can we claim deduction U/s 80 G, if we make donation in kind?

Donation in kind is not eligible for deduction under section 80G of the Income tax Act,1961. For details pl refer CBDT Notification contained in F. No. 10/111/63-IT(A-I), dated 17-1-1964.
