11 December 2012 Sir I want to know that whether 44AD applies in case of job work Income.
Because job work income is liable to tax as a Business income and Fees received for that job work will become turnover of the Business.

11 December 2012 Yes,Jobwork income is business income.44 AD is not applicable to Professionals and Commission agents.But for Jobworks it applies.
