Hi Experts A sells goods for Rs 75 lakhs to B. As sales consideration he receives different goods from B (manufactured by B) for Rs 75 lakhs. Whether 206C and 194Q both will be applicable to A. Whether A will liable to collect TCS as well as deduct TDS in this case or only 206 will be applicable.
