Qu : Lump sum payment for english classes by a company to individual. whether TDS to be deducted U/S 194 J OR 194C. Is these includes professional services for 194J ?

My understanding is section 194C applies. Section 194J will not apply since fee paid for English classes cannot be included in 'fee for professional services' mentioned in section 194J(1)(a).
