Whether Service tax rate @ 14% has been effective?
If yes then from which date it is effective?

02 May 2015 As on date it is not effective. After passing the Finance bill the effective date will be notified.

02 May 2015 Rightly said by Ld. Expert. You need to wait for notification as the new rate is not yet notified. As of now 12.36% is applicable.

wait for the notification.. hope so it wil b in mid of may.. til than use only and only the old rate i.e. 12.36

19 May 2015 Revised Service Tax Rate will be applicable from 01.06.2015.
