Hello Sir,
Here is one trust which is registered in 1996. Audit is done till 2015 but not filed Income Tax Return.
Now it want to apply for 12A registration..
Please tell, Can trust now apply for 12A registration????

Yes trust can apply for 12A registration now.

But it not have IT Returns. Can then also apply for 12A registrations????
