Generally GST officer visits the premises for verification of address. If you have separate comparments with documental evidence, it will be accepted, otherwise not.

so it depends on GST office sir My doubt is can we run 2 GST registration in same premises same Business sir ??? in there any condition in GST sir ???

For different PAN, the GSTIN will be different... So, both of them can do businesses... Depends upon separate units, may be in same bigger premise...
