1. Talk to your previous employer and get a letter signed by him for approving transfer
2. Show this letter to Institute Branch and get form 109(in thrice) and form 120, also purchase form No. 102 and 103 for re registration with new employer.
3. fill the form 109 and 120 and get it signed from old principal, also fill form No. 102 & 103 and get it signed from new principal(employer).
4. Submit form No. 109 one copy only ( and get two copy stamped 1 for your self and one for your old employer) , Form No. 120 and Form No. 102 to ICAI.( form No. 103 i.e. deed is for your new employer and for you)
5. Start articleship with your new employer .
