1)If Taxconsultant apoint to C.A. for doing VAT Audit of his clints then who can raise the bills regarding Vat Audit on clints? 2)Whether Tax cunsultant can raise bill? 3)How can C.A. raise bills on the clints of Tax Consultant? 4) What will be the right way if Consultant want to hand over audits of his clints to C.A.?

1. Tax consultant can refer clients to CA and CA only raise bills to clients. 2. no 3. Tax consultants clients will become of clients of CA.
