21 April 2008 a trust has been created by way of will and in this trust Income received from Gift and from Interest
1.What is the Tax Liablity on 130000/-income.
2. Which form is fillup and deposited for the same.
3.Can i filled form No. 5 for the same treat as AOP or only form No. 7(the Trust is not registered under income tax act)
