10 July 2012 Liability of partner r unlimited i.e. personal assets of the partners are used for paying firms debts whether
the same is the case with AOP

10 July 2012 Whether TDS is applicable on payment to transporter. There is no written contract on Fixed Route of transportation.

Please advice on TDS issue.
