15 August 2016 please tell me whether fixing of plastic liner work carried by our customer (A Pvt. Ltd.) for our other customer (B Pvt. Ltd) for which it (A Pvt. Ltd.) raises a service invoice on our company and debited by us under Erection charges, will be covered under works contract or any other section for deduction of TDS of A Pvt. Ltd.???
