MY company CA SIAD I HAVE NOT LIABLE TO TDS SO NOT ISSUE FORM 16 TO ME

04 October 2016 Yes there is no need of form 16 if no TDS is deducted from you. U can make a manual TDS certificate if u need it for any Loan purpose.
