in above link(income tax banglore) tds rates u/s 194A company deductee has been shown 20 % where as as per part B of part II of the Finance act 2009 it is 10 % Kindly check & report If I am wrong

The observation of Mr.Rajan Gupta is correct as per clause 2(a), part-11, 1st schedule of The Finance (N0.2) Act,2009.
