Can TDS be deducted for same section 194H by two deductor at the same time. If yes then can we get income tax refund from department for both deductor.

Yes TDS can be deducted by two persons under the same section. You will get refund from both deductor if taxable income below the limit.

Yes, TDS can be deducted by any number of Deductor. For same tax return to be filled, TDS Will be adjusted Against tax liability, if tax liability is less than the TDS or no tax liability you can claim refund.
