Hi Sir, My company is paying monthly rent to a person for using his building and deducting TDS as per section 194 I as it is crossed the limit prescribed.Now he has raised a seperate bill for paying electricity charges for the period from April 2023 to August 2023. Is there any TDS applicability on these electricity charges ?
