01 October 2010 Respeced Experts please guide me; should we deduct tds on the Printing & Stationary bills from a single party if it exceeds the threashold limit of Rs 50000/- in on year?

01 October 2010 Threshold limit w. e. f. 01.07.2010 raised to Rs. 75,000/-. Also w. e.f. 01.10.2009 TDS not to be deducted in case of manufacture or supply of a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer.
