in the year 2008-09 i had paid excess TDS amount (Rs.100000/-), can this amount adjust to this year tds payments???

No. You need either to take refund or debit this amount to the parties to whom you have given excess credit by depositing excess tds. Because, ultimately they shall get the refund of this tax credit to their account. so you can charge this amount from the parties. Getting refund is difficult procedure in comparison to this option.
