TCS ON SALES OF GOODS

04 February 2023 Sir/Madam my account has deducted TCS on Total sales of 75,00,000/- and filed the return but I came to know that TCS should be deducted on 75,00,000-50,00,000=25,00,000/-... Is there a problem???? Kindly reply..

05 February 2023 No problem in case of higher TDS deduction claim it in ITR filing or it can be adjusted in next deduction.
