23 July 2024 surcharge is deducted above 50 lakhs by employer and also auto calculated to be charged on overall tax liability while filing returns. How to not double count? What’s the actual clause

23 July 2024 Employer just deducted TDS by such calculation, while actual payment is done while filing ITR. If any thing be excess, it is refundable.
