13 November 2009 Our company engaged in the fabrication and erction of steel structures at one of airport in india as sub contractor to a main contractor who have awarded the contract for whole airport. Our order is back to back basis with main cllien AAI. whether our compamy is also exempt from service tax as the work is done on airports or not
