What is the status of benjer land (Barren Land) for Income Tax Purpose?
Is it a Commercial Land?
Or Is it An Agriculture Land?

Income tax has no classification as banjar land. It takes usage from the municipality of that area. If in the Registry, it is mentioned as Agriculture land, then it is agricultural land.
