Signing of accounts by directors at different dates

Whether directors can sign Financial Statement at different dates.

According to my view, it is not possible.

Others views are solicited.

24 June 2015 Different dates not possible, Inference is from section 134(1) of 2013 act.

In case if CS is not able to sign balance sheet due to illness or not available in india, what are the consequences?

Is any remedial action is available?
