The following will be the Agenda of the Company: 1.To confirm and sign the Minutes of last Committee Meeting 2. To take note of the status of Investors Grievance 3. To take note of the Secretarial Audit Report for the quarter ended Dec 2010. 4. To take note the Certificate send to CDSL and NSDL by the Registrar and Transfer Agent.
