I would like to basic concept and procedure for returns ST.

In terms of Section 70 of the Act and Rule 7 of the Rules every person responsible for payment of the Service Tax, shall furnish a half yearly return in Form ST-3 in triplicate by 25th of the month following the end of the preceding half year.
