09 August 2014 Please let me know the sequence of forms to be uploaded at MCA website for formation of private company. Let the forms start from DIN application till receipt of Incorporation certificate.

10 August 2014 Thank you sir,

Request you to please let me know how much would be the costs( ROC charges + Stamp duty, if any) for a PRIVATE COMPANY to upload each of these forms at mca website assuming company's authorized capital is 1 lac and there are 2 directors.
