Dear Sir, I am having query regarding applicability of section 44AD , that whether 44AD is eligible for unspecified professions covered u/s 44AA (2) ? as in section 44AD only specified profession covered u/s 44AA(1) has been excluded/non eligible for section 44AD , so as per the language of law we can take 44AD for unspecified profesion like photography or teaching profession ?? if not eligible then kindly suggest treatment for the same plz guide
