My client is providing Branding, promotional campaign, designing logos etc. and have a turnover of 40 lakhs. Can 44 Ad applicable so that profit can be taken @ 8℅?

Do it considered as a profession of business? TDS is deducted under section 194C and 194 J. My doubt is that do it considered as a profession since Tds is deducted under section 194 J?

your business is not covered under profession defination u/s44AA of IT Act. . you may choose 44AD

In respect portion TDS deducted u/s 194C opt for 44AD and declare 8% profit.
