23 September 2014 i am individuals and partner in 2 firm i personaly take loan from other sources ( from friend and relative). my question is that i have to deduct tds u/s 194 a on interest paid to friens.( interst amt is more than 15000)

23 September 2014 Being individual unless you are liable for tax audit you are not required to deduct tds.

If your Income has not crossed Tax Audit limit then you are not required to deduct TDS.
