If i m filling ITR for A.Y. 10-11 & 11-12 then under which section i should file it? 139(1) or (4)...? what is the defination of due date for assesee whose income is below taxable limit & wish to get reund of TDS...?

ii)Due date for:-
A.Y 2010-11 - 31st July 2010
A.Y 2011-12 - 31st July 2011.

The expert has given the due dates for un-audited accounts for audited accounts it is 30th Septemner and is to be filed u/s 139(4). Once the return is filed u/s 139(4) please note that this return cannot be revised.
