25 February 2012 'Search report' is issued by a practicing company secretary, upon request, about the details of an 'active' company like capital structure, director's details, charges created and satisfied etc.
Contents varies from case to case and depends on the assignment given to the PCS ,like if I require only charge creation details ,the contents will be exclusively charges created by the company.
