I am getting monthly salary as consultant. TDS is deducted under section 192. Can I take another part time job on salary basis .Will there be any problem in filing ITR 1. I have not yet accepted the second job.

No problem combine the salary and file ITR 1.

But as per Information TDs is Deducted under Head Salary, You Can Take Part Time Job as Consultant ask them to Deduct TDS accordingly, but whether you have to check terms of Employment with First Employer no restriction for Engaging additional Part Time Job.

No no problem at all if you are filing salary return in ITR 1 with two different jobs.
