Dear Experts, I want to confirm the Order of filing of forms with ROC for the year 2013-14 i.e. whether my understanding is correct or not please tell me. 1) This year we are supposed to file MGT14 within 30 days of board meeting of approval of financial statements & director report. 2) Then after the AGM, file form 23AC, 23ACA, 20B for filing BS, P&L and annual return within 30 & 60 days as the case may be. 3) Then file MGT14 for filing passing resolution of appointment of auditor.(as GNL 2 asks for SRN of MGT14) 4)Then file GNL-2 for notice of appointment of auditor along with attchment of ADT-1, intimation & certificate & consent of auditor.

Dear Mitesh Sir, you said MGT 14 not reqd. but what shall I put in point no. 5(a) in the form and also what is to be ticked at point no. 3, wherein they have listed some items, if I choose others, then what is to be written at point no. 4 in the said form. with regards

Dear Experts, whether MGT-14 has to be filed even for a small pvt. ltd. co.? is there any exemption. Kindly reply at the earliest. Thanks in advance
