If not taken on lease, consent letter and tax receipt will suffice.

But sir Form 18 asks for an attachment namely : PROOF that the company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the company if the same is owned by any other entity :::WHAT WILL COME OVER HERE a consent letter will do ..If yes then please suggest me a format

You need to attach a NOC cum board resolution from the entity owning the premises. For sample board resolution kindly check the link given below:
