30 April 2015 As per section 139(5), the revised return can be filed before the expiry of one year from the end of the relevant assessment year or before the completion of assessment, whichever is earlier.

30 April 2015 Also remember that only return filed within due date u/s 139(1) can be revised i.e., Belated return filed u/s 139(4) can not be revised.
