Registration of digital certificate

i first time creating a new company i want to validate my digital signature with MCA21 but at the end there is no browsing option can available in my PC and msg receive that please attached digital signature ,,,,

there is a problem of JAVA ?
i f yes than which JAVA is required

or any problem guide us....

1) Windows XP(SP3)/ Windows Vista/ Windows-7.
2) Java JDK 1.6 updated version 30.
