Sir, How do i register hospital under GST? and how do i show medical store in hospital in GST? Do i show it as a branch or additional place of business?

if the hospital and medical store are covered in same PAN, then should the hospital receipts should be shown in exempt supplies in GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 ?
